The enacted bill authorized Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to amend the City’s existing lease with SEPTA for all or part of the premises at 1234 Market Street. The space, totaling about 12,387 square feet, was designated for City office use, with the lease term running through June 30, 2024, one five-year renewal option, and specified rent and operating-expense terms.
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into an amendment to an existing lease agreement with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 1234 Market Street, under certain terms and conditions.
