This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire, by purchase, condemnation, or another method, some or all of the properties at 4301, 4303, and 4305 Germantown Avenue, including the buildings on them. The City Solicitor must review and approve the documents used for the acquisition before they are signed.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire by purchase, condemnation or otherwise title in some or all of the parcels of land together with the improvements thereon commonly known as 4301, 4303 and 4305 Germantown Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
