The enacted ordinance provides that when someone appeals a final Parking Appeals Panel decision to the Court of Common Pleas, the losing party must pay the court filing fee. It applies to parking ticket appeals and took effect July 1, 2018.
Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by providing for the reimbursement of filing fees for parking ticket appeals; all under certain terms and conditions.
