The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning code for Transit-Oriented Development overlay districts, revising requirements and designating 46th Street, Erie-Torresdale, Allegheny, and Spring Garden stations on the Market-Frankford Line as TOD transit stations. Lots that meet the code’s conditions are subject to the TOD overlay district rules, and the ordinance took effect immediately.
Amending Section 14-513 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "/TOD, Transit-Oriented Development Overlay District," to revise requirements and to designate several Transit-Oriented Development Transit Stations, all under certain terms and conditions.
