The enacted ordinance authorizes The Capital Group II to install, own, and maintain a retaining wall and an existing fence that extend into the public footways near 2000 McKinley Street, including along Bustleton Avenue and McKinley Street. The owner must obtain required permits, follow City requirements, maintain insurance or acceptable self-insurance, and remove the encroachments if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project or otherwise requires removal.

Authorizing The Capital Group II, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain a proposed retaining wall and existing fence encroachment at 2000 McKinley Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
