The lapsed bill would have authorized the City’s Board of Surveyors to move the boundaries and abandon portions of a drainage and water-main right-of-way near former Crefeld Street, between Meade Street and Gravers Lane, reducing its width from 60 feet to 30 feet. It proposed requiring affected property owners or other interested parties to address potential claims and damages, and payment of $200 toward the City’s costs.

Authorizing the relocation of the lines and the striking and abandonment of certain portions of a right-of-way reserved for drainage purposes and water main purposes extending from Meade Street to Gravers Lane, southwest of Shawnee Street on City Plan No. 165, thereby reducing the width of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.
