This lapsed bill would have amended Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying or selling goods, or keeping stands, on both sides of Haverford Avenue between Brookhaven Road and Lansdowne Avenue. The proposed restriction would have affected vendors and other people selling merchandise in that specified area.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on both sides of Haverford Avenue between Brookhaven Road and Lansdowne Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
