This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer City-owned parcels at 3300 North Front Street, including any buildings or other improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for later conveyance. The transfer must require an Economic Opportunity Plan, and the City Solicitor may approve the documents and conditions needed to complete it.
