The enacted ordinance creates the St. Mary’s Master Plan Overlay zoning district for properties with an approved Master Plan in the area bounded by Silverwood Street, Gay Street, Baker Street, and Carson Street. It sets a minimum 20-foot width for two-way parking aisles serving parallel, 90-degree, and compact parking spaces in that area, and makes other technical zoning changes.

Amending Chapter 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by adding a new Section 14-521, entitled "/STM, St. Mary's Master Plan Overlay," and making other technical changes.
