This enacted bill adopts Philadelphia’s Fiscal Year 2019 Capital Budget, totaling $2,776,104,000, for the capital fiscal year from July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019. It authorizes the City to prepare, encumber, and spend funds for the projects listed in the budget, subject to available financing and, for grant-funded projects, receipt of formal grant awards.
