This enacted ordinance adopted Philadelphia’s operating budget for Fiscal Year 2019, appropriating money from the city’s general, water, grant, transportation-related, housing, health, and other funds. It allocated funding to city departments, courts, the School District, the Community College of Philadelphia, SEPTA, public health and human services programs, public safety, parks, libraries, and other city operations, with a total general-fund appropriation of about $4.72 billion.
