This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s sidewalk-cafe rules to permit sidewalk cafes on both sides of Frankford Avenue between Bleigh Avenue and Wellington Street, and on both sides of Cottman Avenue between Frankford Avenue and Leon Street. The cafes must comply with the conditions in the City Code.

Amending Section 9-208 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Cafes," by permitting sidewalk cafes to be maintained on Frankford Avenue, both sides, from Bleigh Avenue to Wellington Street; and Cottman Avenue, both sides, from Frankford Avenue to Leon Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
