This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain land within the area bounded by Sheffield Avenue, Leon Street, Solly Avenue, Frankford Avenue, Stanwood Street, and Erdrick Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with new designations shown on the ordinance’s maps and took effect immediately.
