This enacted ordinance revises zoning rules for accessory signs in the CMX-2.5 area bounded by Juniper Street, East Passyunk Avenue, and Mifflin Street. It permits one single-facing, internally illuminated sign of up to 220 square feet to extend above a building’s roofline, if the property has at least two street frontages, the sign extends no more than nine feet above the roofline, and documentation shows it was installed before November 30, 2018; altered or relocated signs must follow the regular zoning requirements.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by revising requirements for accessory signs, located within the area bounded by Juniper Street, East Passyunk Avenue and Mifflin Street, under certain terms and conditions.
