This lapsed bill would have stopped the approval of new reserved on-street electric-vehicle parking spaces in Philadelphia. It would have allowed existing spaces to be renewed by their current permit holders until January 1, 2033, subject to conditions, after which the spaces and related signs would have been removed and chargers generally would have had to be removed or separately permitted.

Amending Section 12-1131 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Electric Vehicle Parking," to provide for the discontinued approval of new Electric Vehicle Parking Spaces and the expiration of such existing spaces, all under certain terms and conditions.
