This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the official City Plan for an irregularly shaped area along the north side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard between 22nd and 23rd Streets. The area would be added to the boulevard’s right-of-way to match lines established by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by placing on the City Plan an irregularly-shaped area extending along the northerly side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, from Twenty-Second Street to Twenty-Third Street, in order to conform with the lines established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
