This enacted bill authorizes the Department of Streets to add a bicycle lane in each direction on parts of Lansdowne Drive and South Concourse Drive in Fairmount Park. It also establishes no-parking rules on both sides of those road sections, from Sweet Briar Drive to South Concourse Drive and from Lansdowne Drive to 41st Street Drive, respectively.

Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Bicycle Lanes," by authorizing the Department of Streets to designate bicycle lanes, in both directions, on Lansdowne Drive and South Concourse Drive from Sweet Briar Drive to 41st Street Drive in Fairmount Park and authorizing the removal of parking, pursuant to Section 12-203, on both Lansdowne Drive and South Concourse Drive, in the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions.
