This bill, currently in Council on first reading, would authorize $58.991 million in Fiscal Year 2018 appropriation transfers: $1.149 million within the General Fund and $57.842 million from the Grants Revenue Fund to the General Fund. The transfers would adjust funding for City Council, public safety departments, the Office of Homeless Services, the Free Library, the Civil Service Commission, and other City offices and departments.
