This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain properties within the area bounded by Girard Avenue, Broad Street, Fairmount Avenue, and Corinthian Street. It replaces the zoning designations shown on Maps A1 through A9 with the designations shown on Maps B1 through B9, and took effect immediately.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Girard Avenue, Broad Street, Fairmount Avenue, and Corinthian Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
