This enacted ordinance authorizes paving the relocated southeasterly local service roadway of Penrose Avenue from Twenty-Sixth Street to a point about 1,323 feet southwest. The work may be carried out through a City contract or by the interested party at its own expense, and it cannot begin under this authorization until the roadway is dedicated or opened for public use.

Authorizing the paving of the relocated southeasterly local service roadway of Penrose Avenue from Twenty-Sixth Street to a point approximately one-thousand three-hundred twenty-three feet southwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
