This enacted ordinance authorizes Louie Louie Restaurant LLC to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 3611 Walnut Street, while leaving at least nine feet of clear sidewalk space. The restaurant must obtain required permits and approvals, meet city insurance and operating requirements, and remove or relocate the café if directed by the city under the stated conditions.
