This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain properties in the area bounded by Bustleton Avenue, Solly Avenue, Eastwood Avenue, and Stanwood Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations shown on Map A with the designations shown on Map B and took effect immediately.
To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Bustleton Avenue, Solly Avenue, Eastwood Avenue and Stanwood Street.
