This enacted ordinance authorizes Saint Lazarus Bar to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 102 W. Girard Avenue, extending into the adjacent public footway while leaving 10 feet of unobstructed walkway. The owner must obtain required permits, carry insurance, follow city rules, operate during specified hours, and remove or relocate the café when required for city projects, violations, or other listed conditions.
