This enacted ordinance authorizes the Phillies to construct, install, own, and maintain security bollards and permanent or removable barricades around Citizens Bank Park, including in nearby sidewalks, streets, and a drainage and utility right-of-way. The Phillies must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance and bonding or self-insurance requirements, allow City and utility access, and remove the encroachments at the City’s request for municipal construction or with 180 days’ notice.

Authorizing The Phillies ("Owner") to construct, install, own and maintain encroachments consisting of security bollards, permanent operable barricades, and removable barricades with permanent foundations along and adjacent to Citizens Bank Park located at 1 Citizens Bank Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148 (the "Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
