This enacted bill authorizes 618 Market LP to install, own, and maintain a façade enhancement made of LED lighting, a wire mesh screen, and related hardware at 618 Market Street. The structure may extend over portions of the Market Street and South 7th Street sidewalks and is subject to required permits, a City agreement, insurance, and other conditions, including removal if needed for a City construction project.

Authorizing 618 Market LP, ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain façade enhancement encroachments at 618 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
