The enacted ordinance authorizes Wander Inn, Inc. to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 2500 South 3rd Street, subject to required permits, insurance, city rules, and other conditions. The café must leave at least 7 feet 6 inches of clear sidewalk space, operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and be removed or relocated if the City requires it for certain public projects, sidewalk closures, or violations.

Authorizing Wander Inn, Inc., ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 2500 South 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
