This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to amend the City’s sublease with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for additional space at 1101 Market Street. The amendment covers 36,672 rentable square feet, sets rent rates and operating-cost responsibilities, and provides for tenant improvements; the term runs through February 28, 2025, with a possible extension through August 31, 2031.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an amendment to sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for the use by the City of premises located at 1101 Market Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
