This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules on refuse and littering by adding a consequence for short dumping violations. A person or entity found to have violated the specified short-dumping provision is not eligible to receive any City contract, effective immediately.
Amending Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Refuse and Littering," by providing for additional penalties and consequences for short dumping, under certain terms and conditions.
