This enacted ordinance establishes procedures for minor administrative adjustments to variances or special exceptions issued by the Zoning Board. It allows the Department of Licenses and Inspections to approve changes that reduce the intensity of an approved project, with notice to community organizations, the district Councilmember, and other involved parties, who may request a Zoning Board hearing or appeal a denial.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to provide for the procedures for the Administrative Review process; all under certain terms and conditions.
