The enacted ordinance revises parking rules on Spruce Street between South Broad Street and South 2nd Street. It prohibits parking at all times on the south side and sets time-limited parking rules on the north side, including exceptions for Parking Permits 4 and 5; the rules take effect after signs are installed following the Department’s next resurfacing of Spruce Street.
