The enacted ordinance authorized the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, on behalf of the Philadelphia Gas Works, to sign amended service agreements with Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation for transporting natural gas to Philadelphia. The agreements updated the gas receipt points and volumes, changed the measurement units, and replaced two existing agreements after approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; payments would come solely from PGW revenues.

Authorizing the execution, delivery and performance by the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation on behalf of the Philadelphia Gas Works of two amended and restated Service Agreements (the "Restated Service Agreements") for Gas Transportation Service under Rate Schedule FT with Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation.
