The enacted ordinance approves a fourth amendment to the lease between Philadelphia Gas Works, operated and managed by Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, and 1101 Chestnut Street LP. Under the amendment, Philadelphia Gas Works will rent certain premises at 1137 Chestnut Street for a four-year term.
