Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," and Section 9-205, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," to exempt sales of fresh fruits and vegetables on the abutting sidewalk of a property by the owner or tenant of that property from the requirements of Sections 9-204 and 9-205, under certain terms and conditions.
