The enacted ordinance authorizes changing the City Plan to remove and vacate the legally open portion of Montour Street between Adams Avenue and Foulkrod Street. The affected property owner or other responsible party must meet conditions, including agreements protecting the City from claims, paying related costs, and handling any needed changes or removal of streets, utilities, lighting, hydrants, and other infrastructure.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 250 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Montour Street from Adams Avenue to Foulkrod Street, under certain terms and conditions.
