This enacted ordinance authorizes Plaza Garibaldi Inc., doing business as Frida Cantina, to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1000 Wolf Street. The café may extend about 3 feet 6 inches into the sidewalks along Wolf Street and South 10th Street, while leaving specified clear walking areas, and must follow City requirements, obtain permits, carry insurance, and operate during set hours.

Authorizing Plaza Garibaldi Inc D.B.A. Frida Cantina, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1000 Wolf Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
