This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s public employee retirement system by adding certain AFSCME District Council 47 and nonunion municipal employees to Plan 16 and allowing some existing members to elect that plan. It also changes contribution rates, sets the Plan 16 Stacked Hybrid Cap at $65,000 for specified groups, and makes related technical changes affecting certain city employees and elected officials.

Amending Title 22 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Public Employees Retirement Code," to provide for additional members of Plan 16, to change contribution rates and to specify the Stacked Hybrid Cap for certain employees, and to make technical amendments, all under certain terms and conditions.
