The enacted ordinance revises City Plan No. 222 by removing and vacating parts of Bristol Street, Leiper Street, and Deal Street between Adams Avenue and the Frankford Creek Channel. It preserves a right-of-way within Bristol Street for sewer and drainage purposes and requires affected property owners or the requesting party to provide agreements, allow City access, and pay specified costs and the appraised value of the vacated portion of Leiper Street.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 222 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Bristol Street from Adams Avenue to the Frankford Creek Channel, striking from the City Plan and vacating Leiper Street from Adams Avenue to the Frankford Creek Channel, striking from the City Plan Deal Street from Leiper Street to a point northeastwardly therefrom, and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes within the lines of Bristol Street being stricken, all under certain terms and conditions.
