This enacted ordinance authorizes Shift Capital LLC to install, own, and maintain three access vaults that would extend into the public sidewalks near 3701-07 N. Broad Street, along West Airdrie Street and North Watts Street. At least five feet of clear sidewalk must remain, high-heat generator exhaust may not exit through the vaults, and the owner must obtain required approvals, meet insurance and other agreement requirements, and remove the vaults at the City’s request for certain projects.

Authorizing Shift Capital LLC, ("Owner") to install, own and maintain proposed access vault encroachments at 3701-07 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
