READ AND PASSED

This enacted law adds disrupting a lawful meeting or procession and defiant trespass to Philadelphia’s disorderly-conduct offenses, with a $100 fine for violations. It also makes possessing or buying a small amount of marijuana, and smoking a small amount in a public space, civil violations; adults and minors can receive a $25 civil fine for possession or purchase, and a minor’s parent or guardian can also be cited.

Amending Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity," by amending Section 10-615, entitled "Disorderly Conduct and Related Offenses," and Chapter 10-2100, entitled "Marijuana Possession," to provide for certain additional offenses to be enforceable by civil penalties; under certain terms and conditions.
