This enacted ordinance authorizes Building Bok LP to construct, own, and maintain a loading dock extension that would extend into the public footway on Dudley Street at 1901 South 9th Street. At least 6 feet 6 inches of passable sidewalk space must remain, and the owner must obtain required permits, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove the extension if the City requires it for a municipal construction project.
