The enacted bill authorizes Esperanza Health to install, own, and maintain an entrance patio with an integrated ramp and steps at 861 East Allegheny Avenue. The patio may extend into the sidewalk area, but at least 15 feet of clear sidewalk must remain; Esperanza Health must obtain required approvals and meet conditions including insurance, maintenance, and removal if needed for city construction.
