The enacted bill establishes two-hour parking limits on three street sections. The limits apply on Mentor Street from Old York Road to 13th Street from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, on Carlisle Street from Louden Street to Wyoming Avenue from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, and on 19th Street from Olney Avenue to Chew Avenue from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the listed RPP exceptions.
