This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s rules for sidewalk vendors in neighborhood business districts. It added up to one sidewalk-vending location on the west side of 36th Street between Market Street and Chestnut Street within the University City District, as part of the district’s combined limit of 100 sidewalk- and street-vending locations.

Amending Section 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts," by adding a designated vendor location in the University City District; all under certain terms and conditions.
