This enacted ordinance authorizes Fishtown Brewpub to install, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1101 Frankford Avenue, along East Wildey Street. The café must leave at least five feet of clear sidewalk, follow city rules, obtain required permits and insurance, operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and be removed or relocated if the City requires it.
