The enacted ordinance authorizes PECO Energy Company to construct, own, and maintain nonstandard bollards along the north side of Rodman Street near 900-22 Lombard Street. The bollards must leave at least five feet of clear sidewalk space, and PECO must obtain required approvals and follow conditions covering insurance, access, costs, and removal if the City requires it for construction or other reasons.

Authorizing PECO Energy Company ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain proposed nonstandard bollards encroachment at 900-22 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, all under certain terms and conditions.
