This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from City Plan No. 119 and abandon a drainage-related right-of-way along the west side of Tenth Street, north of Poplar Street, extending westward. Property owners or other parties affected must meet conditions including agreements protecting the City from claims, paying required costs, making necessary changes to utilities and street infrastructure, and providing financial security for that work.
