The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Trenton Avenue between Clearfield Street and Allegheny Avenue from City Plan No. 196. The property owner or other responsible party must meet conditions including agreements protecting the City from claims, paying related costs, and funding or completing necessary changes to streets, sidewalks, utilities, lighting, hydrants, sewers, and other facilities.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 196 by striking from the City Plan Trenton Avenue from Clearfield Street to Allegheny Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
