This enacted ordinance prohibits vendors and other people from displaying, offering, or selling goods, or leaving stands, on either side of 77th Street between City Avenue and Overbrook Avenue. The change applies to sidewalk vending in that specified area and took effect immediately upon becoming law.
Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending on both sides of 77th Street between City Avenue and Overbrook Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
