The enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s fiscal impact statement form to require information about whether proposed legislation could lead to job growth or job loss in the City. The form must include a description of that impact along with existing information about costs, revenue, and the City’s five-year financial plan; the change took effect immediately.

Amending Section 21-2302 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Form of Fiscal Impact Statements," by amending Exhibit "A" to add job growth or loss information, all under certain terms and conditions.
