The enacted ordinance allows Heather Cox to own and maintain an existing garage extension that extends about two feet into the south sidewalk area of Tasker Street at 1601 South 17th Street. At least six feet of clear sidewalk must remain, and the owner must obtain required approvals, follow City conditions, maintain insurance or equivalent coverage, and remove the extension if the City requires it for a municipal project or gives the required notice.
